TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

By booking this service you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions

  • REMOVAL OF NAILS that have not been done by GellypopNails must be booked as an add-on otherwise it may impact your allocated service time – service time cannot be extended on the day.
  • ALL BOOKINGS require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payment of $50 plus a 2.2% surcharge fee.
  • APPOINTMENTS: Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are running late please let me know ASAP.
  • LATE ARRIVALS If you are more than 15 minutes late the appointment may be cancelled and you will be charged the full price of the service that you booked.
  • APPOINTMENTS MAY BE RESCHEDULED up to a maximum of three times within 90 days of the original date,
  • CANCELLATIONS: Any Cancellations/modifications must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments cancelled/changed within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in you being charged 100% of the cost of the service you were booked in for,
  • NO SHOWS with No Communication will result in you being charged 100% of the cost of the service you booked.
  • PRICES: Prices are displayed on your booking confirmation but may change at your appointment depending on the length of the appointment and complexity of chosen designs.
  • BOOKINGS ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS/AFTER HOURS will incur a surcharge of $15
  • There is an estimated time for the appointment please make sure you spare enough time for the full service you have selected.
